The automatic information exchange agreements (CRS and FATCA) definitively liquidated the traditional myth of banking secrecy in Zurich and Geneva. Today, any asset custodied by third parties is an intervenable asset. We analyze the architecture of pseudonymous isolation in which an assigned number replaces civil identity, without custody intermediaries or risks of multilateral freezing.
